Marisa Watts is an innovative broker who prides herself on her integrity and hard work. Before forming VISUM Real Estate Group, she exclusively sold properties for developers and banks. Marisa’s key to success revolves around her integration of outbound marketing techniques with SEM and social media. Her strong professional relationships in conjunction with the latest technology allow her to bring buyers and sellers together.

Marisa has a deep understanding of the Puget Sound area. She was stationed here while serving as a nuclear operator in the military and has a B.A. in Economics, Politics, & Philosophy from the University of Washington. Marisa has been awarded a number of accolades and was a finalist for the 2009 New Home Council Sales Person of the Year Award. With over one hundred transactions under her belt, Marisa has sold all types of properties ranging from waterfront, new construction, and condominiums.

You can find Marisa out and about downtown when she is not working. She is an avid food lover, but admittedly a failure in the kitchen, a style aficionado, and a wanna-be yogi. To the detriment of her social life, but to the benefit of her clients, she is constantly checking market stats.
